Lois Had to go in and have surgery on her arm again where they put in the Pass Port line so she can recieve her chemo and other Medications. The Line going up to her heart was giving her problems so they made the line a little shorter. Hopfully this will help.
Lois is noticing other problems that she needs to address the Doctor with. lois also will have an endoscopic Ultrasound November 25th to see how the cancer reacted to the radiation and chemo. Please Continue to Pray and Thank You.
Hello everyone and thank you for continuing to watch for updates. Lois went in for her endoscopic ultra sound (EUS) today and they said the Cancer had shrunk and is now a T3 Stage 2 Cancer but there is a mass that can not be seen clearly what it is, but being We have to go in and see another doctor on the 30th and have a CT Scan done it should show results and what the mass is. We went in today to see the doctor and have a CT Scan perfomed on Lois. Lois has Lost about 14 pounds so far and they did not want her to loose any, but she did. The CT Scan shows a Cyst behind the Cancer and this could be cancerous so they sent her right away to have an Ultrasound and fluid drawn from the cyst for testing of Cancer. We will not know the results of this for a couple of days. They did mention they are planning to set a date for Lois' operation. Lois will have the Operation for the Cancer and a alot removed and then Plastic Surgery for reconstruction on what they will need to replace. As in all Surgery there are some risks. Lois will also need to see a Cardiologist before the operation because of some chest pain issues she is having. Please continue to pray the Lords will. Please if you get a chance pray for me for strength and energy to keep running her everywhere and pray my Truck doesn't give up the ghost. It's a Diesel and it does not get good fuel mileage.
NOTE
This operation is being done out of town and there will be some expense of a Motel Room and Meals. If any one can help us with this expense which is comming up soon it would be a Blessing. We have put up a Donation box for Lois but it does not seem to be working very well. Some have given in the past, and we thank you from the depths of our heart.
